“Behold, I am Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of the Father, therefore take heed of these words of mine, which I reveal to you through my chosen servant, whom I have called and appointed in these last days to reveal to you the words of the sealed record of the plates of Mormon, as a testimony to the world, that Jesus Christ is your Redeemer; and it is through the grace of God the Father that ye are privileged to bear this testimony to the world, which message my people did not receive when this record was revealed among the children of men, because they, even though seeing, do not perceive the light; for behold, the hearts of this people are dull with pride; their ears are deaf because of the vanity in their hearts, and they have closed their eyes because of spiritual arrogance…”

Brothers and Sisters, it is with a deep sense of gratitude that I address you through this note, as I am eternally grateful to God for the unconditional support of those who believe in the work of the second invitation, which despite the personal limitations, I want to assure you I am doing the best I can in relation to what the Lord requires of me.

Closing Prayer

Almighty God, At the closing of this Conference I thank you and praise you for all the blessings you have poured out upon us. O Lord, as a people, we feel grateful and humbled because we continue to receive more light and truth from your Word—even as you also reveal it to your servants.

Heavenly Father, we seek your continued guidance and protection as we find ways to minister to those who have such great needs, especially at this time. May there be healing in the hearts of all the people on this earth—for men, for women, and for your precious children—for each one of us.

Thank you, O Lord, that we can move forward in the Work you have called us to—that Zion will become a reality in our hearts. May your will be done on earth as  it is in heaven.

I offer this prayer in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
